Remember a while ago, how I met Bobby Dean and his wonderful wife Claudia at the Dallas Cooking Expo?
Claudia and I exchanged some blog related information, and both agreed that we would love to start guest posting for each other. Her blog, ChicaLOVerde, is full of inspiration and healthy recipes. She updates her Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter often with pictures of what she is up to in her healthy life! I seriously find her AMAZING... not only is she intelligent and gorgeous, but her passion to stay fit and nourish her body is so motivational!
