It's a new year! Is it time for a new you?

This is really good but is it good. But I have high blood pressure. Is it good for me?
In my opinion, I think that anyone can benefit from this workout. As long as you feel comfortable and not ill during it, go for it! Exercise can even positively impact high blood pressure. I would still ask a doctor if you are worried though :)
