Starting Candito Strength Program!

Hey guys!

If you've been reading my Week Of Workouts, you know I am serious about training. But until now, I haven't actually been following any specific program.

After watching a video from Tim over Jonnie Candito's 6 Week Strength Program, I decided I wanted to give it a try. With the program, I will be able to increase my weight for the big three: deadlift, bench, and squat.

The program is completely free, with the option of giving a donation to Jonnie if you try out the program and like it.

I announced that I was starting the program with a new video on my YouTube channel. I will be posting every week to update you guys on how I am doing!
